North Green Security Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11968522. We operate the website www.northgreensecurity.com. The term “North Green Security Ltd”, “North Green”, “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham Gloucestershire GL50 1TA. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. Your access to and use of www.northgreensecurity.com is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the website you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions you will not be able to order any services from our site.
PURCHASE OF NORTH GREEN TRAINING COURSE
By placing an order via this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, 18 years of age or older and are accessing the website from your own account. By booking a training course you are entering into a contract with North Green Security. North Green training courses can be purchased online via credit or debit card.
PURCHASE OF NORTH GREEN ACADEMY
By placing an order via this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, 18 years of age or older and are accessing the website from your own account. By purchasing a North Green Academy license you are entering into a contract with North Green Security. North Green Security Academy license/s can be purchased online via credit or debit card.
THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NORTH GREEN SECURITY Ltd.
Soon after placing an order on our website you will receive a receipt email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Your order will only be activated once we have received payment and verified your order and subsequently sent you the acceptance confirmation via email. CANCELLATION / BOOKING CHANGE AND POSTPONEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you wish to cancel or postpone a training course, you can do so at any time up until 24 hours prior to the start date of the training course. To cancel or postpone please email training@northgreensecurity with your booking reference, date of training course and course title. We will cancel your place and notify you. Please see our cancellation policy below. Refunds for online payments are processed via our payment gateway Stripe and may take several days to be credited back to your card.
Our cancellation/postponement policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made in writing/by email to North Green Security ltd 24 hours before the start date of the training course to obtain a full refund. A different candidate may be substituted at no extra cost. Details of the new candidate must be emailed to training@northgreensecurity.com
VAT
All courses and services purchased are liable for VAT at 20%.
FORCE MAJEURE
North Green Security Ltd will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure, of this website or our services, or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control. This includes cancellation of training due to personnel issues, failure of the online booking system and any events beyond our control causing our building to close.
WARRANTY
North Green Security warrant to you that any service purchased from us through our website will on delivery, be of satisfactory standard and meet the expectations set out regarding the quality and description.
WEBSITE USAGE
You agree not to impersonate any other person while using this website, conduct yourself in an offensive manner while using our website, or use the website for any illegal, immoral or harmful purpose.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
North Green Security website may occasionally be offline to allow for repairs, maintenance. We will restore the service as soon as we can. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these conditions at any time without notice. North Green Security shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
